Fresh and aromatic white from Umbria.

Grechetto is, in my humble opinion, a super white grape variety in that it always adds zesty distinction to blends and, on its own, can make lasting, elegant wines.

Here it combines with the ubiquitous Trebbiano to make a very pleasant flavourful white.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Fresh and fruity bouquet with clear hints of citrus, white flowers and fresh fruit salad; long and intense scents with an almond-like finish. Dry and with good body, it evolves into a fresh, fragrant and delicately fruity acidic vein; easy to drink, it is pleasantly long on the finish.

Matching
An excellent aperitif that matches with brio pasta dishes, risotto, white meats, fish and crustaceans, also charcuterie. Serve at 10-12°C.

Winemaking Notes
Grapes: 70% Trebbiano and 30% Grechetto.
Harvest mid-September for Grechetto, end of September for Trebbiano. Produced exclusively with free-run juice, after brief cryomaceration, it is vinified in stainless steel at low temperature.
