2010 Madregale Rosso Terre di Chieti IGT SCREWCAP

This is a superb value red wine from the Abruzzo region on the eastern (Adriatic) coast.

The Cantina Tollo is the foremost co-operative winery in the region, regularly winning awards for its top end wines, and here it uses the abundant supplies of good quality Montepulciano grapes to make a really good light-bodied red for all occasions.

From 2009 this wine is sealed under screwcap to better preserve its freshness.
