Ingredients
4 slices of white fish (sea bass, sea bream etc)
Rocket leaves
White mushrooms
Olive oil, lemon juice, salt and parsley
Method
Finely slice the mushrooms and lay them on an oven tray. Arrange the fish slices on the mushrooms and put in a very hot oven for 3 minutes.
Arrange the mushrooms and fish on the individual plates and dress with a vinaigrette made with olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley and salt stirred very well. Decorate with rocket leaves and serve.
