Nuragus
Nuragus is one of the oldest grape varieties in Sardegna. Possibly brought by thePhoenicians in the 12th century, possibly an even older inhabitant of the island since its name is similar to the famous neolithic stone structures known as Nuraghi, this is a variety able to adapt to all kind of grounds, to bear most parasites and to guarantee good results. Nuragus produces a light wine, slightly acidic.
