The old Aglianico grape variety produces powerful reds and this is a wonderfully structured award-winning wine from the southern region of Campania.
Aglianico is this young winery's speciality. From vineyards on south-facing slopes at around 200 metres above sea level in the area of Castel Campagnano in Caserta province in the north of Campania.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red colour; notes of plum and black cherry; full body, fruity, fresh and velvety.

Roasts mainly.
Winemaking
Grapes: 90% Aglianico, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel under controlled temperature. Maturation partly in stainless steel, partly in oak barrels, partly in barriques. At least 6 months of ageing followed by 2 months in bottle prior to release.

The inspiring principle of the company is "One plant, one bottle".
Vinified with Aglianico grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in steel; transfer to oak vat and to barriques of 2nd or 3rd passage for the malolactic fermentation. Refining in wood and steel for about 10 months. Light filtration before bottling.
