In the splendid scenery of the hills around Siena, about a mile south from the centre of Montalcino, you'll find the winery of Santa Lucia.  As the vineyards extend across hills to the south of Montalcino they have an excellent geographical position and can boast a favourable micro-climate.

The work carried out in the vineyards is done exclusively by hand, right to the selection of the best sangiovese grapes.

This business is the fruit of Valter Pierangioli's passion and experience.  He built up the winery in the same place he grew up.
