Since 1953 the Deltetto family has produced high quality wines in the areas of Langhe and Roero in the Piemonte region. This family business is located in Canale and was established by Carlo Deltetto. Since 1977, Carlo’s oenologist son Antonio, his wife Graziella, their son Carlo, and their daughters Cristina and Claudia have carried on the fine tradition. The vineyards now extend to 20 hectares of land where they grow the classic grapes of the area: Nebbiolo and Barbera of the dark-skinned varieties, Arneis and Favorita of the green hue. The white wines produced from these steep hills are particularly noteworthy.
